Idli:

Ragi Mudde:

It is a nutritious meal and popular in the rural folk of Karnataka. It is prepared by Ragi (finger millet) flour. In the process the flour is poured into hot steaming water then mixed both together for making soft dough. It is generally eaten with sambar. This food is as well extremely good for diabetic patients and most doctors advise the patients to have Ragi Mudde as a substitute of rice.

Chakli:

This is one of the extensively recognized snacks of Karnataka, maybe also well-liked in other parts of South India with dissimilar names. It is quite easy to prepare.
