When he passed away the mandir became his Samadhi (memorial). An amazing statue of Sai baba is built behind his Samadhi by late Balaji Vasant in 1954. Chawadi:

Sai Baba used to go on procession on every alternative day from Dwarkamai to Chawadi and this is the place where baba used to sleep after returning from a procession. Even today a palanquin procession of Baba’s photo, footwear and Satka is taken out every Thursday to Chawadi.

Lendi Baug:

Lendi Baug is a garden that is visited daily by Sai Baba for watering the plants and there is a neem tree under which baba used to take rest. Besides to the neem tree there is a lamp that used to be lit by baba and it is a fascinating thing that the lamp is still burning. Nowadays the lamp is kept in a glass box transformed into a marbled light house.

Maruthi Temple:
