Idli-Vada:

Idli-Vada is the most popular dishes of Shirdi region. In this cuisine Idli is prepared with Urad dal, Rice, Baking soda and Vada with Urad dal, Green chillies, Ginger, Pepper, slices of coconut and Baking soda. This delicious dish is mainly used for breakfast in Shirdi. It is served with sambhar and chutney.

Sambhar:
